The app and its availability
Übersetz is provided free of charge by PT. Senja. There are no required subscriptions, advertisements or paid Übersetz accounts. Features, supported models, system requirements and distribution methods may change as the product evolves.
Future web, mobile, Windows and Linux versions are roadmap plans, not currently available products or guaranteed releases.
Third-party services and costs
GPT Realtime and custom remote endpoints are optional. You are responsible for the accounts, API keys, usage charges, acceptable-use rules and data terms of any provider you select. PT. Senja does not control those services or guarantee their continued availability.
Translation output
Speech recognition, translation, speaker attribution and Advisor explanations can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Do not rely on Übersetz as the sole source for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical or other high-stakes decisions. Verify important statements with a qualified person or authoritative source.
Responsible use
Use the app only where you are permitted to capture and process audio. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required by local law, workplace policy, contract or the rules of a meeting or service. Do not use Übersetz to violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or access rights.
Software, updates and warranty
The app is provided on an as-available basis without a promise that every model, language, endpoint or audio source will work without interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PT. Senja disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of, or inability to use, the app.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. If you do not agree with an update to these terms, stop using the app and remove it from your Mac.
